Our mission is clear: to reclaim, reconnect, and reignite the spirit of brotherhood among our fraternity brothers who have stepped away. We believe that every Omega man—no matter how long he’s been inactive—still holds the fire of our Four Cardinal Principles within him.
Our Reclamation & Retention Program is more than an initiative—it’s a movement. It’s a call to return home, to rediscover the power of fellowship, and to rejoin the mission that brought us together in the first place. We are actively reaching out to our brothers, inviting them to reengage through meaningful chapter events, impactful service projects, and dynamic social gatherings that reflect the full spectrum of Omega life.
